Production Time: Onstail slippers are made to order. Our turnaround times vary depending on how many orders we have. During quiet periods, we aim to have our slippers made and ready to be shipped within 1-2 weeks. However, at busy periods such as Christmas it can take 2-4 weeks for your order to be ready to send. It's always best to order early to avoid disappointment. Items in stock are shipped within 1-2 business days.
